Hello: I've recently logged onto ArcGIS online and made a couple of nice maps. However, I am struggling to see where I can do a join (one to one or one to many) of my data using county FIPS codes.
I've seen this page: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/analyze/join-features.htm#GUID-2F8DEDD0-24C8-443B-99E7-38F48CECDAA1 I have a CSV without geocodes or data that I own and would like to join to an ESRI layer based on county FIPS codes. I'm struggling to see any "Analysis" icons in MapViewer. Even when I look at the layer that I want to join to. Is this a permissions issue? If not, could someone assist as to where to find/how to perform this?
