I tried installing this on Windows 2000 Server, and near the start of the
installation get the error:

ksh.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetProcessId could not be located in the dynamic
link library KERNEL32.dll

I had this same problem with the 2007-05-20 build. The last version that
successfully installed on this computer
was the 2006-02-14 build.

What am I missing ??

Do you have a development
kit installed on the computer?

If so, could you go to the system directory (typically c:\windows\system32)
and run
        dumpbin -exports kernel32.dll

Unfortunately I don't know how to do this.
Perhaps if you could it might help us both.

Best wishes,
