Sorry for the delay. In fact, I messed the version. It was 4.2 I had tried on
Windows 2008.
Just tried again and it definitely won't work.
ksh throws an exception. When Uwin Master starts the task manager shows 12 or
so ksh sessions spawned at which point I'm guessing file handles are exhausted.
