I haven't run cc for a long time and am missing an important detail. When I
invoke cc, I get the following message:

cc: Native C compile directories not found
----
I believe it has something to do with the INCLUDE directory, which is currently
in the same directory as the cc executable. Is it necessary to define and
export the path to INCLUDE? Or is this a different problem?
