I have copies of the following uwin binary installs:

uwin-base.2007-11-05.win32.i386.exe
uwin-base.2007-12-11.win32.i386.exe
uwin-dev.2007-12-11.win32.i386.exe
uwin-terminfo.2006-02-14.win32.i386.exe
---
Since I believe the uwin-base 2007-12-11 is the most recent, I have installed
it along with the dev and temrinfo installs. Now I find that only the
2007-11-05 uwin base is available. Should I abandon the 12-11 version and
install the 11-05 version?
