Hello,

because of the problem with msvcr80.dll I can't use binary UWIN, so I'm
trying to build it from source.

I've used 'plan B' regarding sources download, and under Linux after
doing

bin/package read

the build starts and apparently normally proceeds after

bin/package make
.

In the end I can run freshly built executables and they show reasonable
results ('ls', for example).

Under CYGWIN, however,

bin/package make

produces the following error:

"
bin/package verbose make
package: update
/cygdrive/c/msys/1.0/home/qemu/UWIN_build1/arch/cygwin.i386/bin/proto
Error: no files specified
".

"bin/package make" produces the same error.

"grep"'ing for 'no files specified' produces no results, i.e. I can't
identify what produces this error message.

Any ideas ?

Thanks,
  Sergei.
