I just discovered that -Thp is not correct, and have changed it to -Tlj4, which gives me standard output in hp coded format. Still, I cannot pipe it to lp. The groff error message is: ---- groff: cannot execute. ---- It seems to be that when I pipe from groff, the process fails. Any ideas/suggestions?? Mike 090602.1359
