we hope to have this resolved by the end of the day
a 4.6 release leaked out earlier than we wanted
(it piggybacked on an ast release)
this all has to do with
W7 vs XP vs 32/32 vs 32/64 vs 64/64
and our intention to have consistency across all combinations
