we have seen some issues with the uwin control panel applet being recognized by
the control panel
you can reach it via
(main menu) => All Programs => UWIN n.m[x] => Config

this is an install problem we will look at
for now use the alternative (like for the uwin control panel)
(main menu) => All Programs => UWIN n.m[x] => Uninstall

look in /var/log for
install-dev
install-xbase
