I think the wrong questions are being asked uwin is a layer on top of win32 so the questions are more like:
what does win32 do when it encounters an nfs symlink? * what does dir from cmd.exe show * how does DeleteFile() work * does CreateSymbolicLink() (or whatever win32 calls it) create an nfs symlink * does all the win32 parse point crap work so you can get the link text we don't have an nfs client we can mount on windows that I know of but I will check on monday _______________________________________________ uwin-users mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/uwin-users
