For uWSGI it is good to know it is high performance application container and it adds very little to we can see the difference between various frameworks. Thus it is good to have a choice and know about it. I would strongly recommend take a look at content cache implementation explained here: http://packages.python.org/wheezy.http/userguide.html#content-cache This will definitely lower the 1ms + 100ms problem (if not get rid of it completely)...
