With a little practice you can roll the bike backwards quickly and step on the center 
stand and the bikes inertia will do the work for you and pop right up on the stand.  
Have an assistant close the first few practice attempts.  Soon it will become a piece 
of cake to get it on the center stand.

At 145 pounds, Progressive springs will beat you to death!  For your weight get some 
softer Race Tech springs
