Well .. for $172 HLSM price ... ($223 Yomama list) ... I think I would
try to fix it first, (the fuel pump).
(1FK-13907-00-00 - FUEL PUMP - 172.08) ......... I suspect the
diaphragm is broke but who knows .. perhaps just the top plate is
loose etc ... wouldn't hurt to take a look. Didn't see one on Mario's
Vmax parts inventory. I am not aware of any replacement parts for the
fuel pump ... but the end cap comes off for cleaning the contacts on
the pressure cut out switch.
