Guys, I don't think it makes any difference. Maybe one of you engineers can
check me on this but I believe your brake system is just like any other
hydraulic pressure system. The fluid exerts the pressure generated at the
master cylinder equally throughout the system. Unless you had an extremly
large system with considerable losses due to friction between the fluid and
the lines. Not applicable in this case. The volume issue is also
non-existant here. The volume of fluid required to move the brake cylinders
is too small to be affected by the small changes in the line volume. I
think this is one of those "common sense" misconceptions. Just an opinion,
no data. Anyone have any real knowledge/data on this question? Tom Morgan,
