Altitude and jetting

TC (or anybody else who's tuned a max at different altitudes),

What have you noticed re: jetting the max at high vs. low altitude? I would
expect that you could go considerably leaner at, say, where I am, 5400 ft.
than at Florida height. (Purely theoretical question at this point.)
