While on the subject of shocks... I was checking the price on Ohlins here in
Stockholm for Paul at a specialist shop. They told me that although the only
Ohlins listed for the Vmax are the fully adjustable and quite expensive ones
(~ $1000.-), there are non-adjustable Ohlins that will fit. They're only
about half the price and have the same performance. They supposedly have a
wide range of tolerance regarding load and riding style so that the average
rider won't feel any big difference compared to the adjustable ones. If true
this is a good deal. Can anyone confirm?

Penske does singles, same if not better quality to Ohlins and less in
price. You don't have to wait months for them.
