What does this sending unit do? Control the idiot light?
I'm only curious because I ran out of gas this morning on the way to work!
The sun was so bright I didn't see the idiot light that came on last night
when pulling into the driveway....
For once I'm glad Florida is flat!

I've done it. You'll have to remove the rear fender, the right back stay
(which connects to the passenger footrest bracket), and then the fuel
tank. The fuel sending unit is attached to the bottom of the tank with two
10mm(?) bolts.
