The problem you are having at idle is most likely caused by the carbs being
out of sync. You can find more information about this at the tech site web
page. Bob H

Hello,

My 98 V-Max do not use its rear right cylinder fully on ideling. Exhast pipe
doesent heat up as fast as the other three, a "swopp swopp ..." can be heard
from that cylinder.
At open trottel it works fine. Hard to identify sound differences at higher
rev. (All plugs are light brown and dry.) No changes has been made from
stock, European model. Fuel economy is 0,6 -0,7 at highwat crusing (110-140
km/h).

Somebody that can advice me, is it a carburator problem or ignition problem.
How can it be adjusted? Can it be that extra air is leeking in between
cylinder and carburator ?

Best regards and thanks for most interesting list
