Congratulations !! Even though there are errors, (most are known), in
the service manual .. it is a "must-have" ... You might want to order
this in advance as they may not be "in stock" at most dealers. You can
always order one on-line at Motocom ... http://www.motocom.com/ ...
As far as the fuel leak out the little rubber hose ..... If this is
one of the little rubber hoses that peek out from the "chrome" carb
base bracket ..... then this is a fuel bowl drain hose. The valve to
"open" the drain is visible ... just look a little deeper past the
face of the carb ... near the base on the right hand side, (of the
carb), .. there is a single screw on each carb .... look near the
"hose" attachment. Try tightening this "gently" ... or put a cup under
the offending hose and open the valve slightly to let some fuel pass
through it and then retighten, (gently). If it still leaks then you
will have to repair that valve ... not really a biggie as long as you
don't strip the threads ...... be firm but keep it "finger" tight only
... no strongarm stuff ... IMHO ...
