Bruce, you really own an awesome bike. The Max looks like a toy beside it.

I have a friend who owns one Valk, but his is totally naked except for a windshield. 
He has even chromed the chromed parts and by looking at it you feel stupid polishing 
the scoops on the max, his bike glitters as much as your one does if not more and 
heads turn as he goes by.

I've owned two Goldwings from when I worked for Honda and will always praise the bike 
even when mine were only 1000 cc flat fours, But right now I'm looking for speed and 
handling, even if I have to go back to plastic. The Busa and the ZX12R are my aiming 
points, but I do not discard the possibility of spending 10K or so on the Max and 
making it the ultimate project bike for me.

PS. I have to declare that my wife just hates bikes, but she'll accept my decisions. 
She knows I love them and she is good enough to put up with it( I'm very lucky......)
