The last I heard, the CD Rom was a proprietary system only for the dealers. You
can however get both the service manual and parts manual on micro-fiche for very
cheap.
For those that have a paper manual......I took the manual apart, used a hole
punch and mounted the pages in a binder. Much easier to use and you won't get it
all greasy since the pages will stay open.
