Don, you should get upto 6" rim in the stock swingarm, 5.5" to be on the
safe side.  Don't know about the wheelie bars, probably well worth checking
out a few "drag" sites & lists.. Careful with the driveshaft - "rumour" has
it that SOME (!) flex is built into the design to reduce the 'torque twist'
(sorry about the highly technical jargon!) & chances of the shaft snapping..
I know of one or two Maxers who have built stronger shafts only to have them
snap in no time. Albeit the bhp's were far from standard....
