Infer?

I don't mean to come across in a bad way but, what has happend to customer
service these day's? If you expect to stay on top and keep the word of
mouth positive you must cover all your based and not rely on excuses. It
seems that most company's work hard at getting there product out but once
you have made that all mighty purchase you become low man on the
pole......i.e. Warranty's on anything ya know the extra one's they sell you
on top of everything else and say "No matter what we will replace it"
SURE!!

Common Sense has fallen into this catagory too!!

This list is great. I was in search of a used seat to have reworked so I
could retain my stock rider seat intact. I got a great deal from Patrick
Reynolds in CA. For the seat work, I could have gone with either SportMax
or UFO, but went with UFO mostly because no one anwered the phone at RMS and
email also went without response. Yeah I know, John's got a solid
reputation and I do not mean to infer anything derogatory about RMS; they're
a great outfit, he's been really busy, and besides I plan on purchasing some
of other great stuff John makes.

Service from UFO was quick: 10 days shipping from my house to getting the
seat back without extra handling charges (must be some kind of a record for
UPS). Craftsmanship is excellent, price reasonable ($135 for ALL pieces),
and it's quite comfy. I haven't given the seat the long distance test yet,
but for one-tank trips it has been a large improvement over the stock seat.
