Ralph's
policy dictates that bugs must have been recorded *before* the v3dot10
team started. So it's too late for fixing a bug's buggees.
I guess it's not the way a release should be made. If we follow that
policy, this means that a bug which appears in Squeak version X will
only be corrected in Squeak version X+2.
It's like (aStream position) problem, the bug is *between* 2 times next :)
