I found code of 'v8::String::Utf8String' in braches/bleeding-edge.
But we can't check whether v8 library include the feature.
Please add V8_VERSION to header file like a following.
ex)
#define V8_VERSION_MAJOR 3
#define V8_VERSION_MINOR 0
#define V8_VERSION_REVISION 1
