I note in the CL, this is blocked on a few things.
With Symbols enabled by default now, a lot of the algorithms in ES6 which
might hit a Symbol ought to have been updated, including the implementation
of EQUALS(), and the implementation of DefineArrayProperty().
I feel like updating those is out of scope for this bug though
