New issue 3517 by [email protected]: Math.exp(-x) should be the same as
1/Math.exp(x) (within 1 bit for rounding the division)

The exponential function has the property that exp(-x) = 1/exp(x).
Math.exp doesn't satisfy this:
1/Math.exp(709.7822265625) -> 5.565390609552594e-309
but
Math.exp(-709.7822265625) -> 0
