let should not be a keyword. It should be contextual.
The following should work:
'use strict';
var let = 0;
if (true) let = 1;
assert(let === 1);
but the following should not work
'use strict';
var let = [0];
if (true) let[0] = 1; // SyntaxError
Because ExpressionStatement has a lookahead for `let [`
