I've added stack backtrace printouts to the semaphore operations,
plus printout of the semaphore pointer given in the operations.
However, I think I should sift through the output and see if it now
makes sense, and that's where this sits at the moment, waiting for me
to find enough time to dig through this. Just so you know the issue
isn't dead from my side...
