1) add lines to LayoutTests/TestExpectations until a successful v8 roll,
or
2) remove assertions about properties of Function/Function.prototype

My pattern has been to:
1. File a crbug about the broken tests.
2. Add an entry to TestExpectations, referencing the crbug
3. Once the v8 roll has happened go back and update the test and remove the
entry from TestExpectations.
4. Close bug.
