What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run in d8
d8> new Intl.Collator("de-tester-Tester").resolvedOptions().locale
d8> new Intl.Collator("de-DE-u-kn-true-U-kn-true").resolvedOptions().locale
What is the expected output?
- Language tags are rejected with RangeError
What do you see instead?
- No RangeError thrown
