What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run in d8
d8> var opts={}; new Intl.DateTimeFormat(void 0, opts); opts
What is the expected output?
- properties are not added to "opts" object
What do you see instead?
- default properties added to "opts" object
Spec: ECMA-402, 2nd ed, 12.1.1 ToDateTimeOptions, step 3
