What looks fine? The trouble is that we don't have an obviously cheap way
to bail out without actually trying to get the
Symbol.isConcatSpreadableProperty. Doing that is likely to regress
performance for any microbenchmarks depending on the C++ builtin of
Array.prototype.concat.
