I think we should just set the expectations for these two tests to "PASS || FAIL_OK" for all architectures. I don't see the point in micro-managing theexpectations to exactly describe the situation anymore (especially with regard
to simulators). We already do the same for e.g. S15.8.2.16_A7 which has a related cause.
