I can't repro any problem with bankrate.com or the code snippet above with
Chrome 24.0.1312.40 or a Chrome from ToT with a bleeding_edge v8. Perhaps
something is wrong with your custom build, note that we do not support wild
combinations of v8 with various browsers/versions, so you are on your own
with this problem.
If you can narrow down your problem to something reproducible with a Chrome
canary/dev/beta, we'll be happy to look at it again.
