Also keep in mind that, unlike in Lua, we actually have to check the
property details before storing. So unless we track "simple dictionaries"
separate from dictionaries with custom details and/or accessors, we'll
always have extra overhead. (And we have to check the prototype chain the
first time a property is added.)
