This is actually a bug in GYP, not in v8 itself, so you should report it in
that project. Note that
https://code.google.com/p/gyp/source/browse/trunk/pylib/gyp/generator/make.py#113
already contains some weird hacks regarding spaces in paths, but it
probably only handles spaces in paths *within* a project, not spaces in
paths *leading to* a project.
