New issue 3082 by [email protected]: ES6 Number constructor methods and
constants

The ES6 draft specification has an expanded set of functions and constants
attached to the Number constructor,
https://people.mozilla.org/~jorendorff/es6-draft.html#sec-properties-of-the-number-constructor
The implementation currently only supports a subset (isFinite(), isNaN())
of these. Would be good to track the spec and extend it to the full set.
