New issue 3213 by [email protected]: No way to delete CpuProfile* objects

It seems there is currently no way to delete CpuProfile objects.
Commit r18337 removed CpuProfiler::DeleteAllCpuProfiles(). There is
CpuProfile::Delete() but it's not possible to call that without a
const_cast because the return value from CpuProfiler::StopCpuProfiling() is
`const CpuProfile*`.
I would appreciate it if the fix gets back-ported to 3.24.
