Right now Object.observe and interceptors cannot be use to monitor an
object during debugging to cause a breakpoint when the object changes. It
would be very beneficial to implement a watcher during debugging sessions.
Both Object.observe and interceptors lack the necessary behaviors to
implement this right now:
- Object.observe is not an interceptor and would only provide callbacks
after the stack unwinds
- Interceptors are only available during object creation
