WeakSets and WeakMaps

There is currently no way to expose the content of WeakSets and WeakMaps to
the debugger. For non-weak Maps and Sets we can simply use regular
Javascript syntax, but we may want to just have a common mirror object for
Sets regardless of weakness and the same for Maps.
Of course this will only make sense if devtools will take advantage of this.
