[v8-users] array accessor

[GREENie]

I want an accessor for whenever a set or get is made for an array. I
did see something that looked like it was suitable. Though it was
complicated and I could not get it working. I was very much just
guessing and trying to stumble through it. I could get it to compile.
Though just go errors when running.
