The experimental isolates work has rather heavy V8 instances.  1000 is
definitely too much.  The correct way to do it would probably be to have one
isolate per phyiscal CPU core and have multiple contexts per isolate
(instance).

Actually the correct way to do it is almost certainly to use one node.js
instance per CPU core and somehow load balance over them.
