I am trying to instrument when code-gen is invoked and when it switches to crankshaft for use in my research. I have been going through the source code but I am having some issue figuring out when something is marked as a candidate for crankshaft optimization and where exactly is the entry point into invoking crankshaft. Any help into understanding the entry points and call sequences would be very beneficial.
