As much as I would like to take credit for it, none of the stuff I've done is that new
that it would have had Vista-view windows. I think it was maybe Judy White?
Best bet is to search the VACList archives for the word "vista" on Tom Patterson's
webpage (www.tompatterson.com , click on "Search" on the left column. Lots of info on
Vista View windows.
