I wrote in about a month ago about some minor changes that I had done to our Airstream and wondered if it would hurt the value. I expressed that my wife was ill and we hadn't found a hitch and maybe would have to sell it.
I had some wonderful answers to my letter and they were encouraging us on and to try to at least get out and make some memories.
One letter was from a man and he said he didn't know where we lived but if we lived close to him, and he told us where he lived , that we could borrow his hitch and go out and camp for awhile. I wrote back and told him that we really appreciated the offer but that we lived up in Mo. about 50 miles from Branson and about 17 miles from Eureka Springs, Ar.
Wonder of wonders, this man wrote back and stated what a small world this is, that his Mother recently moved to Eureka Springs, Ar. and he would be up here the last week of the month.
Not only did he come up here, he also found us a hitch down where he lives and brought it up to us.
Thank you for this column. Some of the Finest People in the World are Airstream owners.                                                                Frank Navarro
