Bruce, I believe www.inlandRV.com  has the window and door seal material. They are having a sale but are otherwise pricey. You might find the weather-stripping somewhere else at a better price. I would imagine Airstream dealers would also have it.

Subject: [VAC] Window & Door Seal

I just joined the list recently and have already had some questions answered.  I don't have a vintage A/S but purchased a 1977 Argosy on May 16th.  I had been stored for ten years in Montana.  Most systems work well.  I noticed in my rear storage there was about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of mud and dirt.  I mopped it out.  Is that area suppose to drain?  Forward of the storage bumper it seems awful dirty under gray & black tanks.  Any tips about removing and replacing metal on the under side to clean this area?  And finally, The rubber seal on my door and kitchen window is in bad shape.  Any recommended sources for replacements and the best way to install.
Thanks
