We're trying to figure out how to unfurl the awning on a 66
Overlander. Don't know if it is original. We can see how the awning
is attached across the top of the trailer, but it won't budge more than about
2". Is it spring loaded? Can't find any directions in our
manual. Should we lift out the supporting rods and plant them some
distance from the trailer? Thanks.
