Hi Mitchell, wow, awesome stuff, congrats to this wonderful 1.5 release!
Vagrant cloud sounds incredibly useful, I'm overly eager to try it out right now (if it weren't so late already... ;-)) The only one thing that keeps me from updating to 1.5 (and 1.4 even) is that there is no `Gemfile`-like plugin management yet, and fgrehm/bindler only works with < 1.4. Given that Vagrant 1.5 now internally uses Bundler it would be great if that functionality would be exposed via a `VagrantPluginfile` or similar.
