I am trying to debug a host of issues that only crop up when I use Docker
as a provider with Vagrant. These include the gcc being killed
<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24213829/gcc-internal-compiler-error-killed-program-cc1-while-installing-ruby-with-rb>

because of insufficient swap space and file access issues
<http://serverfault.com/questions/605186/linux-permission-issues-permission-denied>

that cause Postgresql to choke during the installation. I believe these are
not caused by Vagrant or Docker but by TinyCore distro, which I believe is
the proxy VM for Docker. I am wondering if anyone has encountered them
before and how I might address them.

Thanks.
